I have always been passionate about architecture, design, and building. My first project involved millwork, and I later engaged in more significant projects such as full house builds and significant home renovations. My carpentry apprenticeship profoundly affected me. It was a spectacular apprenticeship. I adored each minute of it. After finishing my Home Inspection training, I joined an accomplished Inspection company. I then underwent more training, gaining nearly five years of experience with the firm as their Lead Home Inspector. I adore the work I do. I adore aiding people and enlightening agents and clients. It is a gratifying job that lets me build rapport with my clients. I feel fortunate to have received the training and understanding I have.

If i could do less than 1 star I would. I was the seller of a home and Andy was doing an inspection. As normal they run appliances to ensure they work. What Andy did not do is check what was inside my dishwasher (a bottle of soap was in there, wife cleaned the counter and put some things in there) Dishwasher goes on and soap spills out after sometime as i am sure he was attending to other things in the house. Long story short the opened it so the water and soap would come out all over the floor. Now the buyers didnt close and i am left to handle the repairs on my dime. When I sent email to the owner Shawn I expected an apology, not finger point and passing blame. This is not the right way to handle complaints whatsover.
