Reliable Welcome to Union Pilates, Mount Pleasant's premier self-care, rehab, and physical learning venue. We are now accepting bookings for private and group sessions on our specialized Pilates equipment. Union Pilates specializes in Fletcher Pilates (r), an internationally recognized regimen that concentrates on full-body fitness. The regimen was created by Ron Fletcher, a first-generation instructor. Every class uses the Fletcher Pilates(r), a unique collection of exercises that stresses safe and efficient movements, as well as a comprehensive motion program that promotes body balance, muscle building, versatility, and wellness in body, spirit, and soul. Union Pilates also offers outreach to professional dancers and athletes and patients referred by medical providers for injury prevention and recovery. We are honoured to educate, live, and collaborate on the unceded territories of the wm@thkw@y@m (Musqueam), the skwxwu7mesh (Squamish), and the sel il witulh (TsleilWaututh) First Nations.
