Uphoria Yoga

The name Uphoria Yoga suggests an intense feeling of happiness or excitement. Euphoria is the technical term. Our love story began with us meeting and becoming smitten with each other. This union led to the birth of our daughter, Pasha. As professional tennis and yoga instructors, we love working with kids and adults. It was time to follow our hearts and open the first yoga school for families in Vancouver. Our family expanded after Uphoria Yoga was established in 2019. Excitement intensified with the birth of Pasha's sister, Kiasha. Our enthusiastic team of instructors and programs expanded, and our yogi community is growing, with people from all walks of life now participating in our yoga programs.
