Founded in 2016, Black Cat is an inclusive tattoo shop. CateWebb established it in Fernwood, Victoria BC. Black Cat offers tattoos and locally made goods. Black Cat moved to a larger downtown spot at the crossroads of Johnson St. and Douglas St. in 2020. HOLIDAYS Hours at the shop can change. When artists are working with clients at Black Cat, they are open. Black Cat isn't a shop you can walk into. Email to book an appointment.
