Founded in 2016, Black Cat is an inclusive tattoo shop. CateWebb established it in Fernwood, Victoria BC. Black Cat offers tattoos and locally made goods. Black Cat moved to a larger downtown spot at the crossroads of Johnson St. and Douglas St. in 2020.
