Capital Investment Network We are a network of angel investors who connect, grow and strengthen the Victoria BC angel investor community. Peter Elkins and Stephanie Andrew founded the Capital Investment Network back in 2015. CIN is the only BC-based organisation solely dedicated to strengthening and connecting the angel investor community. The organisation helps capital flow into emerging, diverse, and promising businesses. Our mission is to increase smart capital availability in Victoria and the rest of the region and offer investment opportunities. Also, we hope to facilitate smart capital flow to promising businesses. CIN's team and its network of investors include key advisors who have experience in growing companies by capital formation and exit. We ensure our founders are able to exit successfully, have high-impact angel investors, business executives, and anyone who is passionate about developing Victoria's investment community.
