The reviews paint a generally favorable picture of the firm with some customers showing approval. Notably, clients commend the exceptional service provided by individual agents such as Kurtis and Carly. Both clients express admiration for the professionalism and client-centric approach. Carly, for instance, is praised for serving as a guide and preventing a potential small claims battle, with one customer also lauding Kurtis for processing a large amount of documents. Even though the firm serves them well, recognizing the reserved--one customers' experience was an urgent matteris a point of improvement. Though they highly recommend, the firm is mostly best for simpler cases.
