Dr. Roberts clinic reviews paint a largely positive picture. Patients and their families especially, find her and her team to be caring, thoughtful, supportive and knowledgeable. Parents report that their children are doing better now that they are assisting by Dr. Roberts, who has offered invaluable advice and support in the process. Dr. Roberts herself is seen as a compassionate person with some of the people she has worked with saying that they had not met someone like her who was empathetic and caring. Her ability to make her patients feel at ease and explain everything made her a trusted doctor. In conclusion, Dr. Roberts is a dedicated professional with the experience and heart necessary to work with young people, and she comes highly recommended.
Our experience with this team was not great. We were misinformed about how their services were billed to extended coverage. My child gained nothing from the experience. The diagnosis missed his weakness in math. There was no support when my child refused to go to his appointments. All the practitioners are white and most of them are blond which would alienate any child of colour. In the final in person report, Dr. Roberts was condescending and made inappropriate suggestions of how to educate my child. I would advise checking around to see what other practitioners you can find.
