In 2010, Shawn and Chelsea, a powerhouse husband-and-wife duo, founded Friendly Giant. Our humble beginnings were marked by an Econoline truck, a landline, and one cell phone. We'd find our customers in coupon books, local need ads, and word-of-mouth. Fast forward today, and we've grown and thrived as a cleaning company in Victoria. We've got sights set on the North Island, Nanaimo, and other regions.
This cleaned our customer's house, but the primary customer service philosophy underpinned every single move we made on that day. Our business model is growth dependent. 90% of our work comes from past customers or recommendations.
