Reviews Summary
The James Bay Dental clinic is popular among many patients. Most of them feel that that they provide excellent service due to the attentive dental professional, notably Dr. Vorobyev and supportive staff. The clinic has a family-friendly ambiance. It is most loved because it is always maintained very clean, and you will not miss a touch of professionalism. The clinic is a place you can attend with confidence for any dental health issue. Most customers love the ease and comfort experienced during dental procedures. For example, at the clinic, he did not feel any pain when he received anaesthetic jabs for a root canal. The clinic has been existing for quite a long time. This has attracted many patients who are loyal to the clinic. This makes the clinic always busy, especially around the festive seasons and holidays. However, many clients complain about the problems they experience with the staff employed to carry out these procedures. Some feel that dentists make mistakes during their treatment.
I was using this dental clinic happily for a year or two, but seems the turnover is relatively high, I went there in December and had a very negative experience with a new to me dentist. She and the hygienist were rough in the way they worked and rushed two re-fillings. I was very uncomfortable. The bill seemed to be very high, but paid it, left and got home. Only to be in agony once the freezing wore off. No empathy or help from the office at all! Tried to be seen by another dentist and made appt. well before the holidays. I was phoned and told he was (supposedly)sick, and not due back until Jan 3rd. Confirmed this appt. with the office, only to turn up and be told He doesn’t work here anymore! So a good month living with painkillers to cope, and little to no assistance via the office.
Definitely would not recommend this dental office.
