Originally from Saskatchewan, Sahaub Missaghi graduated from the local University of Saskatchewan. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Studies. He later attended the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law to earn a Juris Doctorate. Upon completing law school, Sahaub married Katty and relocated to Victoria, British Columbia, where they raised a family. Sahaub articled with a downtown firm in Victoria and was called to the Bar in 2009. He then founded his practice focusing on plaintiffs in various personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, assault and battery, and other issues. Mr. Missaghi has represented clients in provincial and Supreme Court matters. Sahaub's ability to understand and apply information on medicine is one key factor that distinguishes him from other personal injury lawyers. His younger brother and sister are both medical doctors while his spouse is a pharmacist. Medical topics have frequently been the subject of Sahaub's evening dinners. This wealth of medical information has been a significant resource in his personal injury law practice.
