I had a very bad customer service experience with this store. It is very similar to that of Melanie Potter's. We had ordered a custom sectional sofa with a certain configuration. We were shown a 'Sectional Planner' and chose a configuration that would have the join against a wall rather than in the open. The employee unfortunately chose the wrong longer sofa with the correct loveseat. When we received the sofa, it was the correct size but exactly the opposite configuration of what we wanted. It turns out that someone had seen that the two pieces circled in the Sectional Planner did not work together, had arbitrarily chosen the larger piece as correct and chosen a loveseat that would work with it. The manager even told me that this worked 9 out of 10 times! They refused to exchange the sofa, said that they had been in contact with the manufacturer which I found out not to be true and even sent me a copy of Sectional Planner that they thought proved they were correct. When I pointed out that I had the original that was quite different, they stopped contact. I will never shop there again and warn anyone who does to do their due diligence, especially with custom orders. The mistake was theirs but we are left with a sofa we didn't order.
