The Law Centre assisted divorce program is designed for clients who can afford and have simple, uncontested divorces. The marriage should not have ended through adultery or separation. Before applying for the program, the couple should have settled custody, access and maintenance, and property division. Clients get these solutions for free, but they must have the financial means to pay disbursements. They are fees that the Court Registry charges and range between $270 and $330.
