It looks like a bloated company living on past glory.... One year after the hassle of having the water main replaced [costly work]- details: the first crew unnecessarily started breaking slabs of pavement and taking their sweet time, only to be replaced by the manager with a second crew, then charging me for work that was not done and making hollow promises of call back to my phone calls... I receive a letter from the city saying that the permit they applied for expires in 30 days as they have not requested a final inspection. Called them to clarify what do I have to do- 'we'll call you back'... still waiting. It looks like you have a communication problem on top of others.
