Victoria Disability Resource Centre

VDRC is a not-for-profit organization run by persons with disabilities for persons with disabilities. We partner with disabled people and other community organisations to identify and eliminate barriers to full participation in life.

The institute has friendly and helpful staff focusing on empathy and numerous resources. It is a metropolis of resourcefulness and help. Visitors were entertained with a warm and hospitable session and being serviced by very competent and supportive staff. They often walked away informed and with the best answers having entered the facility unaware of their predicament. The comments indicate that the organization knows both the objective of the visit and how to assist. In every meeting, staff offer personalized appreciation and a lot of assistance. The center is accessible for those living with a disabled or exterior environment, and they encourage visitor volunteers. Staff members are regarded as knowledgeable and the general ambiance is pleasant. The center is considered an excellent and efficient resource. Staff and various other resources have supported the reviewer during their time.
