Blue Moon Furniture

Very poor quality material and delivery service with lots of damage but no response on calling or emailing!I ordered the furniture, with the assurance that it would be delivered within 3 months. 4 months later, I contacted Blue Moon regarding the delivery, and they were unable to provide a date. They sent me grey-color furniture that wouldn’t fit my home as a temporary replacement and a table full of scratches, which my husband disliked. Despite calling and emailing them to repair the damage or provide me with the furniture I asked for, my attempts to rectify the situation, they failed to address the issue. When I asked them to give my money back, they declined.Subsequent attempts to resolve the matter directly with the store's management were met with unresponsiveness and disrespect. Sylvia, the owner of the Blue moon emporium replied very rudely and she stopped communicating with me afterwards saying that you are not even allowed to visit the store. After waiting for months, my furniture was eventually delivered a year later, with a subpar quality. The high density foam that I ordered was not there. The couch foam was poor quality and was already sunken and fabric stained at the time of delivery of furniture- seemed like an old used furniture. I called bluemoon and sent them the pictures, with no response on repair or replacement. The expensive custom ordered furniture that I ordered was not the one delivered when I clearly mentioned it should contain a high density foam.

Purchased a table and bench back in march and since then I have been trying to contact the store to discuss the damage they did to my table (hammer marks… not to mention all the nicks and scrapss) and they have been avoiding me. This was by far my worst experience purchasing new furniture. I’m not impressed by the customer service this business. Not professional.
