Many patients commended Dr Patel, Dr Krenzke and the other dentists for their pain-free, gentle dental care and checking out the recession-worthy economy. One client said they no longer dread going to the dentist. Customers also mentioned efficient, convenient dentistry including fast appointments and are easy to follow-up instructions. I think too that a lot of clients liked the great working relationship that the centre's staff have and show. There were some negatives but not a lot. Some reviews did highlight a bad experience with a billing issue and was hard to contact the office to do resolve. Some mentioned that reception might seem to be unfriendly at times.
