Eye Candy Lash & Brow Boutique utilizes only premium silk lash extensions and faux mink to ensure our customers high-quality lash material. The Russian Volume Technique is a popular technique that produces a luscious row of feather-light, soft, and dense lash extensions. It's very precise and feather light. Mix of volume and classic methods - this technique is great for those who want more volume but don't want a volume lash set. Wet lashes give the illusion of having wet lashes by using narrow, almost closed-volume lash fans. Because the lashes are thicker, the set appears bolder and more dramatic. Eyelash extensions can last for 2-4 weeks. They should be filled in, so at least half the lashes remain. The set will be applied in about 1 1/2 to 3 hours depending on how many the customer has. Medical grade adhesive is used. An adhesive patch test can be performed if required 48 hours before application. The adhesive patch test may be performed on the arm or back of the neck during consultation. No oil-based creams or face washes should be used as they will cause the adhesive to break down faster. Avoid rubbing your eyes with mascara or any product. This will cause the lash to prematurely fall out. An optometrist can recommend a wash to clean eyelashes at one of our offices. Lashes can become brittle and/or distorted due to strong heat, such as a BBQ grill. The customer should be given aftercare instructions. This will contain all the instructions.
