Extremely good experience with JEM insurance brokers. Worked with Reygel at the Henderson location. Helped me from start to finish with concerns I had on my current insurance and helped me to fix potential problems I didn't even know I had...and that doesn't mean upselling...just real help, genuinely wanting the best for the customer. After my business was done, I had issues with the insurance company I was leaving, (issues of communication and payments continuing to come out despite cancelling the account weeks earlier) and Reygel advocated on my behalf, something he certainly didn't have to do to try to help me get things completed. Very pleased and would certainly recommend this broker.
