Patient and Client Forms Upon your arrival, we will welcome you warmly. We will take you to our examination room after check-in. Our goal is to see all our patients and clients on-time. Despite our efforts, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will try to minimize them as much as possible. A veterinary technician will typically see you first. Clinical data will be collected, and your history will be taken. A veterinarian will then examine your pet, answer any questions, and follow up with the technician who will close the deal. You will receive more details and have your routine health and care issues addressed by the technician. Our client service specialists will handle the billing. Avoid this vet at all costs. Vet is egotistical, rude and will lay hands on you. I had taken my sister's male cat back in early 2023 as he had crystals in his urine. They treated him and at that time we were happy. But then we were back a couple weeks later. In April the vet said that the cat would need a perineal urethrostomy (removing all his male parts). We were told this would prevent the crystals from blocking him from peeing. In July we were back. After following all the vets recommendations, the cat was blocked again. He was put on several meds and sent home. After another visit with no answers we took the car to another vet, only to be told that the opening left for the car to pee was way to small and almost healed over. That's why he couldn't pee. The cat had to under go another surgery to correct it. When I took this info to the vet to discuss what happened and to request a refund of the original surgery the vet just chuckled and said he wouldn't be paying. I said that's ok. We would just file a civil suit against the vet and I prepared to walk out. Then the vet did something I didn't expect. He grabbed my arm in a very firm grip. That is when I shouted to let me go.. after a moment he let go of my arm and I left. This will be going to court and I did record the entire visit.

If you are going there...do NOT have HAYAM HUSSEIN.. cold hearted individual!! I had just put my dog Ella down in the same office weeks before and needed to bring my cat in for a discharge checkup and also pick up my Boxer Lab of 13+ years ashes Miss Ella. This cold hearted doctor came in questioning me on how long I had my cat and questioning me on how I was taking care of her when I had just been through taking care of my Ella and the death of her. I was explaining this to this cold hearted female hussein that I was hurting from my recent death of my dog Ella...this cold hearted horrible personal said to me...I am trying to have a discussion with you and you need to listen; all I was thinking was I am hurting, you are NOT listening to me..she was cold, did not care about what I said about my dog just being put down at all, in fact she was annoyed with me for being emotional. when someone becomes a Vet, they need to know and be trained that it is not just the animal but the human you are dealing with. I just put my dog down on March 4th and this cold hearted Hussein has zero compassion...zero. I asked the staff to ensure my Ellas ashes were at the front of the reception asap so I could get the hell away from that cold person asap. If I do go back from what the cold hearted hussein said I must do...I will ensure I will ask staff to keep her away from me and my pets as far as possible. Stay away from Dr Hayam Hussein, cold hearted, no empathy what so ever. Yes, I was there for my cat and asked for the facts quickly, asked for the medication asked for what needed to be done asap, and explained that I had been waiting there for an hour to even have my cat seen while across the hall from where my dog was just put down....Hussein...and I refuse to call this person Dr. was cold and did not care a damn bit and treated me extremely badly.
