Patient and Client Forms Upon your arrival, we will welcome you warmly. We will take you to our examination room after check-in. Our goal is to see all our patients and clients on-time. Despite our efforts, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will try to minimize them as much as possible. A veterinary technician will typically see you first. Clinical data will be collected, and your history will be taken. A veterinarian will then examine your pet, answer any questions, and follow up with the technician who will close the deal. You will receive more details and have your routine health and care issues addressed by the technician. Our client service specialists will handle the billing. Further appointments can also be set up.
