They are misusing their Incubator status in Canada to earn money Illegally. They pact with my start-up visa agent, conexa.ca and provided me a fake/invalid/short-lived Letter of support. They did not even communicate with me before approving my project. I got their first email with the approval confirmation and instruction with payments of $6600 CAD. They were supporting me for my start-up visa but offered me an deceptive agreement without the refund clause in the even of my start-up visa refusal intentionally. They gave me an impression that my start-up visa is guaranteed and so they did not put any clause about refunding my money I paid them. As per Strat-up visa incubation, I should only receive their support when I am on the soil of Canada. But they created the agreement as if I am doing an online training program virtually with them. Even before I receive the decision of the Temporary Work permit application from the immigration, they were forcing me for more payments. Eventually immigration refused my Temp. work permit application citing some reasons not even relevant to the start-up visa and my personal activities. It only suggest the immigration office cannot find a valid Letter of support against my Temporary work permit application. Even after refusal, instead of giving me more time to appeal the decision or refunding my money, they were still forcing me for more payments and keep threating me to cancel the letter of support. They finally did it and stop responding my emails. So this is a scam company. You all should avoid. I am going to report them and my lawyer agent to local and federal authorities of Canada.
