Oswald Construction is a design-build firm that specializes in large residential and commercial renovations. Karl Oswald established Oswald Construction in the 1950s. We aimed to deliver a distinctive building experience and build quality. It requires experienced knowledge and trust. In 1997, Ralph Oswald (son) and Doreen Oswald (Karl's wife) took over the company. They expanded the mission and brought the business to new locations across the region and city. Ralph is still active with Oswald and has been a mentor to many, among them Graeme MacMillan. Graeme purchased Oswald in 2021 after several years of working under Ralph and completing his apprenticeship and receiving his Red Seal certification. Graeme looks forward to building Oswald, carrying on the mission and values of over 70 years of business, and driving sustainability in all aspects of the company's designs and construction processes. We have a group of full-time project managers, design supervisors, carpenters, and apprentices. Many have been with Oswald Construction for over ten years. Several outstanding long-term partners also help us. We rate them not just according to their craftsmanship but also their friendliness and professionalism. These partners are crucial to the success of our clients as our workers. We treat them with the same respect as our staff. Building and renovation homes involves a lot of trust.
