Have ben a fan of Sprocketts' for many many years - with never ever a complaint ever. Had my dog or dogs in there for day care and for grooming and never ever ever had any complaints ever and both my Jax and Desi were madly in love with Oma but who wouldn't be. Anyway I took my dog Jax - a petit mini doogle there yesterday for a groom - he wasn't horrid but there were a few mats - anyway I don't know who the groomers are or what their names are but I was directed into the area where the grooming is done and I handed my darling Jax a petit mini doodle over to whomever this was. I have never ever been upset at any time that my dogs have been groomed there - but this time I almost burst into tears. Jax had a few knots in his fur and I pointed them out to whomever the 'groomer' was and she seemed to understand. When I went to pick him up I almost passed out - she had almost shaved my darling Jax right to this skin - another 1/20th of an inch and it would just be bald completely. I almost got sick to my goddam stomach it I held out a $100 bill - I never ever have that kind of money on me ever but for some reason I did and she kept the whole goddam bill and never gave me a dime of change - I certainly was NOT tipping her and never would - she goddam almost skinned my poor little guy - we just went outside so I could throw the ball around for him and I had to put a jacket on him - she absolutely godddam ruined my dog - he has nothing to protect him from the cold unless I put a jacket on him and if we ever get actual summer weather he would not have any fur to protect him. I am so bloody mad - would never ever ever ever take any of my dogs to just any day care or grooming place but I have been a client of Sprocketts since it just about opened and never ever ever had a complaint about anything including grooming - but Jax has almost been bloody well almost scalped - his fur is not even a 1/16 th of an inch long - this witch of a groomer ruined my poor dog's coat - and as mentioned he only had about 1 or two knots in his fur so I thought I would take him to Sprocketts as that's wwhere I have taken all of my dogs to get groomed or even for the odd day care - and never ever ever a complaint until now nd she goddam well charged me over $100 and for some reason I keep thinking she charged me $130 - I know for a fact one of the bills was a $1000 dollar bill - I am so pissed off and I have never ever ever ever had a complaint about Sprocketts ever - and I have been a client for many years - wonderful facility, fabulous owners and the star of the show has always been Oma - Theresa's wonderful grandmother - but I didn't see here there yesterday - and my poor dog Jax got bloody well scalped - I am so bloody mad - it's not like it's exactly hot outside and when he and I went out a bit ago to throw the ball around - well I throw it he goes chasing it - I had to put one of his jackets on him - whomever did this to my dog needs to be fired and I am definitely going to contact Theresa the ower about this..
