Stephen was admitted as a New Brunswick Bar solicitor in 1983. He has practiced continuously in Moncton since then. In 1987, Stephen established Wilbur Law. He practices real estate, corporate and commercial, and estate law. Stephen has been a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick and the Canadian Bar Association since 1983. He served four years on the Real Property Advisory Committee of the N.B. Law Society. He has lectured at New Brunswick Bar Admissions courses on real estate law. Stephen was born and raised in Moncton, where he is involved in the community. He was an active volunteer for many years with the Moncton West Riverview Rotary Club and Moncton Headstart. Stephen enjoys running and golf. He earned a Bachelor of Arts (honors) in 1979 from Mount Allison University and a Bachelor of Law from the University of New Brunswick.
