About Dauphinee's K-Nine Services My name is Cory Dauphinee. I own and operate Dauphinee's K-Nine Services with my wife Amanda Dauphinee. We are a dog training business. Our home and business are in Tantallon. Our household has five dogs right now. Rellik, Nika, Gemma, Ursa, Scarlet, and Scarlet. For as long as I can remember, we have owned and loved dogs. We enjoy seeing people smile when their dog responds to a command that we have worked on. We have trained small dogs and big dogs throughout our years of dog training. We are proud to use Human, Effective, and Logical dog training. Our approach to dog obedience training is filled with Positive Reinforcement (5% treats and 95% Verbal/Physical Praise). We only give your dog 5% of the treats you give them, so they don't expect a treat every time. Your dog must obey the command even if there isn't a reward. We are dog trainers. We are teachers. We are flexible. We are not worried about being judged by what tools we use or don't use. We care about helping every customer with their dog (and receiving dog kisses!) We do not tolerate harmful or bad behaviours. We want to help.

The bottom line is that it's a wonderful place to take your dog! Both instructors were incredibly supportive, as well as more than happy to answer any questions. I appreciated how personable they were, and the fact that they genuinely care about the well-being of your animal. They assisted my Great Dane (Daisy) in developing better social skills and being more attentive. This school gets two thumbs up.
