Noel was born in Halifax and attended Saint Mary's University, where he earned a double major degree in Psychology and Philosophy. Noel went on to earn a law degree from Dalhousie University. Noel began his legal career as an article student in Halifax's criminal court. After graduation, Noel completed his articling at Cragg Law, where he spent a few years before founding Fellows Law. Noel's practice covers criminal, wills, estates, and property, with a focus on personal injuries. He is a natural questioner and researcher, and he will fight your case vigorously.
