McCallum Gallery is an art company that showcases works of art from artists that create contemporary academic realism with an emphasis on nature and narrative portraiture. The artists at McCallum Gallery offer a range of views on our world, from copperplate printing and photography to painting. Gary McCallum, the founder of McCallum Gallery, is a Halifax art collector and gallery owner who has developed a deep appreciation for the art world. McCallum Gallery seeks to cultivate that appreciation by bringing vision and integrity to his collection and a commitment to beauty in all its forms. The gallery is located in Nova Scotia and started as a gallery space in Toronto in 2012. Walter Moos endorsed Gary, who was closing down his famous gallery, by sending works by Joan Miro Jean-Paul Riopelle and Sorel Ethrog. The gallery space was then expanded by Gary, who showcased a wide range of high-end international art, which forms the basis of McCallum & Sons Studios. McCallum Gallery is proud to feature works by Yana Movchan and Leya Evelyn as well as Alan Syliboy. Oksana Mvchan is also represented.
