North End Yoga features standard Ashtanga and Mysore practices in the school of Manju P Jois. Our yoga philosophy is inspired by Manju Jois' yoga therapy, and we aim to teach and share many Ashtanga Yoga techniques with you. This type of yoga has been life-changing for me, and I am excited to pass on its many advantages. The practice of yoga is first and foremost about breathing, and this can have many healing effects. This is why the medicinal advantages of yoga are the foundation of my teaching.

Terrilee has a lot of experience and can adapt poses to cater to individual students, giving learners the chance to engage in various classes from the beginning. This comes in handy during Mysore classes when she helps learners of all levels perfect their poses to meet their needs.
