Reliable North End Yoga features standard Ashtanga and Mysore practices in the school of Manju P Jois. Our yoga philosophy is inspired by Manju Jois' yoga therapy, and we aim to teach and share many Ashtanga Yoga techniques with you. This type of yoga has been life-changing for me, and I am excited to pass on its many advantages. The practice of yoga is first and foremost about breathing, and this can have many healing effects.
