Rust Check

I have just had a terrible experience with Rust check. And I have been going to Kelly's rust Check in mississauga since 2008. Today I've called him about a problem with the brakes which started after my oiling. And he was not very pleasant with me on the phone and basically told me. I had no warranty anymore and that I should go somewhere else. So I called head office and spoke with a Mac and then he put me on hold. But he didn't. I could hear him having a conversation with an employee. And he totally ignored me and I hung up after a time. when I called back. He pretended he didn't know me and he had never talked to me and he didn't know anything about my issues I had told him for about 5 minutes. What is going on? So I've left a message for the President to call me. But I'm not getting a good feeling about this company if everything goes fine The company is very pleasant but if you have any issues. Kelly gets very belligerent. And very confrontational. And now he says I should go somewhere else. I'm not sure this is the type of company that people really want to deal with, especially over the long-term. Because my car is so oily and dirty and black. That sometimes even getting in the car. I have to wipe everything down so I don't get my clothes dirty. So hopefully someone will call me back to resolve this

Rust Check 752 Warden, Scarborough. Friendly and courteous service. Great value for the Rust Check gel treatment. The operator and assistance were very professional. My car was well treated and will last longer. Highly recommended.
