Kristen thought of a product that united the efficiency of a nail salon with the standard of a spa. Kristen saw the market gap and timing as the most critical aspects of such an operation. Kristen planned to launch the operation for women aged between 18 years and 65 years. Busy women need an all-in-one beauty service. In years to come, the niche service will continue to be profitable for a long time. Around three months later, Kristen established the first anti-spa in Toronto, THE TEN SPOT®.
