YMCA Greater Halifax/Dartmouth is a community organization that has been assisting unemployed individuals for over 30 years. Our work focuses on employment and personal enrichment. We have nearly 700 employment programs across Canada. Our vision is to help all people with a holistic approach to the services we provide. YMCA Nova Scotia Works Employment Services Centre is situated in the Halifax Regional Municipality. We offer employment services to help you find a job or improve your career. The Nova Scotia Works Service Providers provide employment and career services to Nova Scotians, offering programs designed to link people with jobs and opportunities. Our goal is to help individuals identify their personalities and support them in achieving their career aspirations. We utilize creative and innovative strategies to assist employers in utilizing community and Government resources to recruit and retain employees. This approach benefits all Nova Scotians.
