Customer Complaints:
Management and upper level workers are very unfriendly, very uneasy to do business with. Instead of being helpful they talk to lower level workers condescendingly and people not from the company like they have a stick up theirs.

In summary, worst company to work for I worked at the Richmond Hill location they trained me to be team lead. Yet in the interview they get you all motivated and such trained me for 4 months yet within the first months I learned everything even after my 3 months probation period I asked If their going to hire they didn't and they said we all know just waited for things to slow down and let me go. Worked hard in there and they got me no where yet they give their employees a hard time and they kept people who came couple of months after me. Employees some of them push you to get the work done and yet their not happy and still try to work hard even when I tried to help they didn't wanna take my ideas to do the job all crazy moving fast till the end. Yelling and screaming even after I became a team lead and they didn't hire me the only person good there was the Foreman who was great to work with and trained me and a supervisor who came to this aurora location now. The lady supervisor was weird doesn't know what she's doing doesn't know how to run the show. What a waste after this company I got a job now. No headache pays better and got promoted to Supervisor within 7 months of me working there cause they loved my work ethic.
A very bad experience in this company as their management does not care about the well-being of their employees. Also, their projects are not well planned and there are many loopholes. I was not paid according to the agreement. Small pay which could not cover my cost of living. You are always micromanaged and supervisors there give you a hard time. Even the lady supervisor was not good at all. She was a joke. She does not see a job worth doing that is why she loses employees easily. She should go back to where she comes from and stop working for TCE. A racist company that gives opportunities to white people only. This was confirmed when I was easily laid off.zation and tidy. Clean and helpfull
This company is good but they have a rubbish neighbour - Industrial paper shredder or vacuum running almost 24/7 that you can hear over 1 km away inside your home with the windows closed.
