Client Testimonials for Barrie Smile Centre Feedback Summary Great people and service Had an implant done for a front tooth. Was a long process, but the end result was worth the wait and the expense. It feels natural and normal. I’m really happy with it. Well! First of all, I want to say that I am pleased with the service at Barrie Smile. My family and I had used this clinic since Jan 2023 and we are happy with all the services. Even when I was not happy with a specific dental procedure, I received a revision of it and they accommodated the services to fulfil my needs. I want to send a special shoutout to Janelle, dental hygienist, for her outstanding service. She made me feel I was welcomed and she cared. Also, special shout out to: Rebecca, Cristina, Jennifer, and all the rest of staff who were always ready to provide support. On behalf of my family and I, we want to say Thank you. I recommend this dental office for their efficient work, clean and modern clinic, and willingness to ensure client’s satisfaction. A wonderful experience. Incredibly friendly staff that provided a ton of helpful information regarding oral health and services they provide. I recently switched over to these guys and I am very glad that I did. I recently visited Barrie Smiles and had a great experience from start to finish. All of the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. They took the time to clearly explain the next steps and provided multiple treatment options without any pressure. I really appreciated how respectful and welcoming everyone was throughout the visit. I highly recommend Barrie Smile to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental office! Carmelo Dr. Eisen was my dentist. He was so patient and gentle. He totally made me feel at ease. The staff was very understanding and gentle. I would not hesitate to go back and I highly recommend them for anyone that has anxiety about the dentist. I am happy to say my experience here was fantastic I was well taken care of they were very professional and understanding of my needs the staff are awesome looking forward to my next appointment Thankyou I got veneers with Dr Jason and Kate and Rebecca was my front desk contact. It was a really great experience. I think Rebecca is a very respectful person who works hard to give great customer service. I would very much recommend Dr. Jason and Kate if you’re interested in cosmetic dentistry from the Barrie Smile centre. Lovely staff who took great care of this very nervous dental-phobe. Very thorough with a lot of new technology. I was hoping to do some cosmetic work but prices have gone up a lot so I have to decide what option I can go with. However, I do trust that I am going to be in good hands and definitely recommend them. This will be my new dentist! Excellent service! Thank you again Root canals are not fun. Like not at all!
