We can manage all aspects of the case, including obtaining disclosure, organizing and attending Crown Pretrials (Crown Resolution meetings). We will also bargain with Crown on your behalf, participate in Judicial Pretrials before a judge, argue Applications, and also present your case to a judge or jury as we represent you at trial. We know both procedural problems and Charter of Rights and Freedoms issues, allowing us to resolve your case without a trial.
