I went in today to get a molar extraction and was quite nervous, however, Dr. Yoon and the staff were very kind and reassuring. Especially enjoyed the sense of humour of the front desk staff :)!!! 7. Avoid this place. They are extremely unprofessional and administratively negligent. I had treatments in early 2023 and paid my portion upfront. Their records show they knew there were insurance billing issues as early as May 2023, yet they never informed me and continued to perform more work. They waited until 2026 to demand $1,888—long after my insurance eligibility ended—depriving me of the chance to resolve the issue with my provider. Now they've sent it to collections despite it being their own clerical error. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere 8. Great experience at this clinic. The environment was inviting and organized. The front desk team was quick to check me in and scheduling my next appointment was simple. The hygienist, Fariha, was very thorough and professional. Made the cleaning very comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend! 9. great experience! i usually hate the dentist but everyone was so nice. the explained the process with me, and there was no shaming or telling off. i also liked the tvs on the ceiling, it makes it easier to focus on something else while you are getting work done! 10.
