Customer feedback from various clients reinforces the friendly and lovely service provided by the store staff. Boundary between job and personal matters does not seem to be a black and white space as the sales persons go out of their way to put a smile on a customer's face by ensuring that they are helped in a manner that makes them feel important. Staff are always available to assist and their communication is spot on. But in reality, they are paid to act this way but there is a need to commend them for representing the brand in the manner in which they do. Even when dealing with complicated, difficult or irate customers, the sales ladies do not lose their cool. Hats off to Krystle for working extra hard to deliver excellent customer experience. I love the bralettes, mostly the fit of all is true to size - better than finding a bralette for $14 and $12. The store lighting and presentation are good comprehension of the products and location of branded clothes making shopping easier. I appreciate all the help I receive when I go to the store.
