I did not like that they assured me twice that the van I wanted to purchase was available. On Sunday,  I received a text message confirming the truck was there and available, and an hour-long phone call from an employee confirming the same and booking an appointment for today. They even confirmed and asked for confirmation this morning. When I arrived at the agreed time, they told me that the truck had been sold. I do not know what to say.
