Positive reviews often mentioned how friendly, professional, and patient the staff and the doctor herself are with both children and adults. Many found the staff, from the various doctors to patient coordinators, helpful and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of orthodontics. The location also offers many entertainment options to keep the children entertained and well attended too. The overall environment alluded in the tech-savvy and cleanliness aspects was mentioned - it was generally conducive and relaxing. But the cost quotes could have been better or more understandable across the board. With most patients, the issue with the practice was that they either hated it or loved most aspects. Addressing this would be a significant change to this already-stellar outreach.

Would never visit again. Dont write many reviews Was looking for a new dentist but was horrified by the treatment I received..As a female, I asked to use the washroom. i was directed to it and met wit “no problem”. Then a woman from an office yelled “patients only. I was already in the washroom at that time and asked to leave! What kind of woman says this to another!
