Extremely Disappointed with Concrete Path Company: Poor Quality and Customer Service I recently had a concrete path installed by this company approximately two years ago, and I must express my extreme disappointment with both the quality of their work and their abysmal customer service. The concrete path, despite being relatively new, has begun to crumble, especially during rainy weather, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I reached out to Aman to discuss the issue, they promptly shifted the blame onto me, refusing to take any responsibility for their shoddy workmanship. It is disheartening to encounter a company that refuses to stand behind their product and provide a reasonable solution. In addition to the poor quality of their work, I found their customer service to be absolutely appalling. Initially, I tried contacting the contractor multiple times to discuss the crumbling path, but my calls went unanswered. It was incredibly frustrating to be ignored, especially after taking time off work to address this matter. Finally, after persistently attempting to reach them, I managed to schedule a meeting with Aman.. However, my hopes were dashed when Aman blatantly expressed his disinterest in dealing with my concerns. Such unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. The poor quality of their work, coupled with their evasive customer service and lack of accountability, has left me feeling frustrated, dissatisfied, and out of pocket. I strongly advise anyone considering hiring them to think twice and explore alternative options, as they have proven themselves to be unreliable and unprofessional. I sincerely hope that other potential customers can learn from my unfortunate experience and avoid the frustration and disappointment that I have endured.
