She gave me enough time to understand every step. Her advice was honest, and there were no fake promises. In conclusion, a very honest and reliable immigration consultant. My experience was good. They were polite when I came for the first time. Then after I paid the tone changed. After that, I had to follow up to get anything done. Every time I asked for something, they would say will do today, and it almost never happened. I had to call every day for a week or more to get basic work done. Honestly, you pay, and then you have to chase them; it’s like you’re pleading. Also, if any additional work is added to your file, you will pay extra. They will charge you. In general, the service was bad. I would not recommend them to anyone.
