I have reached out multiple times to follow up on my taxes, and have received NO form of communication. Meenakshi had no issue confirming the payment had been sent, but as a result, I have been stuck paying penalties due to her incompetence and lack of care or professionalism. DO NOT USE. Find another accountant and avoid this mess.
