Thind Law P.C. was established by Manmeet Thind. She runs her civil litigation practice under that name. Her practice is mostly focused on real estate, construction, and bankruptcy. In her civil litigation practice, Manmeet mainly creates a legal strategy and executes it to get her clients the best possible results and in the most cost-effective manner. Manmeet’s success is in part associated with her ability to identify her client’s needs and then constructing a custom-made and cost-effective strategy to meet them. She believes that this has been achieved through her practice areas, including real estate, construction, and bankruptcy, as well as her residential and commercial real property and other related areas. In a wide range of transactions, Manmeet has been involved with developers, landlords, condo boards, lenders, and landlords in such capacities. Working under experienced litigation counsel, Manmeet obtained practical experience after the law school. Manmeet has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, and the Superior Court of Justice. Manmeet has done complex motions, mediations, and applications. Manmeet was also able to engage with clients to understand their situation and help them to make the right decisions. Through this approach, she has been able to work with a broad spectrum of clients with various interests and needs. Manmeet has also assisted clients in trying to resolve their problems. Sometimes clients feel that they need zealous zeal while other times they need more collaborative approaches. Manmeet has also handled a variety of cases before. Manmeet did law at Western Ontario. While a student at Western Law, Manmeet honed her advocacy skills by participating in mooting competitions. She managed to reach the finals of the Torys LLP Negotiation Contest and the Cherniak Cup Trial Advocacy Competition. Manmeet attained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from York University. Manmeet is an active volunteer and has recently been a trustee on Brampton Public Library Board and as well the Director of the Brampton East Liberal Riding Association. Manmeet has also been involved in many political campaigns and has run for political office at every level of government. She also has had a lot of experience in the real estate business and has worked for a real estate brokerage in the Toronto area. Suggesting that Manmeet also has sufficient experience to understand the needs and objectives of those interested in real estate. His knowledge in this field has enabled him to help a broad spectrum of clients with various interests and needs. Manmeet also speaks fluently in Hindi and Punjabi. On her free time, she loves spending time with her family. Manmeet also mentors young people in her local community.
