Bill grew up in Scarborough. At Queen's University, he completed his law studies. Bill was admitted to the Bar in 1975 and started practicing law in Brantford. Bill concentrated on corporate business over time and became a specialist. After over 36 years of daily practice, he decided to retire in 2012. Carolyn Johnson has his complete backing to replace him. Bill continues to be the Firm's Counsel, allowing him to help his partner when needed, ensuring the clients' best interests. Our History, and Evolution Underwood, Ion & Johnson Law, a full-service law firm specializing in business, was established in 1978. Our vision is to represent individuals, small corporations, and businesses. We suggest and complete investment or real estate transactions.
