They explain every very detailed information and resources that you were comfortable with the process. Love the detailed information and slow they are. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. The hygienist and the dentist made me feel completely at ease right away. They took the time to explain every step of the procedure clearly. The office is spotless. I am so grateful to have found such a kind, skilled, and professional team in the KW area. The customer service was great I had an excellent first experience at Cambridge Smiles Family Dentistry for my exam and cleaning. I was genuinely impressed by how thorough everything was and by the modern technology they use. It honestly felt like one of the first times I’ve had a truly comprehensive dental check up, where I could actually c and understand what was happening with my teeth. Hannah did an amazing job with my cleaning,knowledgeable and great at explaining everything without making me feel rushed. I was also extremely impressed with Diana. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, and her attention to detail really stood out. She explained everything clearly and made me feel very confident in the care I was receiving. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I was so happy with my experience that I’ve already made my next appointment with the doctors for whitening treatment and some additional dental work.
