Hespeler Road Dental Customer Feedback The team here is wonderful, I had a dental emergency. The tooth pain was 10/10, I was in agony! I wasn't prepared for them to resolve the issue the same day. The team at Hespeler Road Dental are actual life savers! The dentist and the team here are great, the dentist is a perfectionist and gave me a root canal, the whole time he was very attentive and informative. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but I truly enjoyed coming here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ By Lillian Reynolds (Mori), 01 day ago Asmita was fantastic! Best cleaning I've ever had, so gentle! I was seen by Asmita, the dental hygenist and I was given amazing treatment. The cleaning was excellent and instruction going forward to what needs to be done for proper care of my teeth and gums. She even has a good personality and a sense of humour. The whole dentist visit was way above what I was expecting and I look forward to coming back for my dental care. By anonymous, 14 days ago Extremely poor communication, unfriendly staff, and endless delays I have had over $13,000 of approved and billed insurance treatment through this clinic- $7,000 specifically for invisalign and $6,000 in other dental work. The front desk and administrative services have been unacceptable despite this. The staff is unfriendly and constantly gives broken promises. Every time I ask when my Invisalign treatment will begin I am repeatedly told "we will call you tomorrow" only for no one to ever follow up. It has been over a month, and I still haven't received my Invisalign trays or a proper timeline. Running up thousands of dollars in insurance claims and ignoring the patient and failing to deliver treatment on time is beyond unprofessional. I highly recommend finding a center that values its patients and open honest communication.
