Wilk & Wilk Orthodontics customer review: My son got his braces off today! The whole experience, from our very first consultation to the day his braces were finally removed, has been absolutely amazing. From the receptionists and hygienists to the doctors, everyone at Wilk & Wilk Orthodontics has been so welcoming, kind, and caring. They truly made the past 18 months feel like a breeze! We are so grateful for the wonderful care they provided and for making this journey such a positive experience for both of us. I highly recommend Wilk & Wilk Orthodontics to anyone looking for an orthodontist! Thank you for giving my son a smile he can be proud of!

My sons are both patients here. The staff is absolutely wonderful, so friendly and accommodating. I love that they decorate for different seasons and my boys love the little arcade games they have set up. Both boys have made huge improvements since coming here and I fully trust the drs. The absolute best staff. Super friendly and always giving the best advice for oral health. 10/10 experience every time. 4 kids get braces here. Hubby is getting his currently! They have done a fabulous job with my kids' teeth! Orthodontists really listen to your concerns. I asked for both a retainer and a wire bar behind my kids' teeth, and they happily obliged. Quick usually at being on time for your appointment. Sometimes we have to wait awhile for the orthodontist (not usual though), but the assistant is always quick at getting you taken care of. Everyone there has always been nice and accommodating. One difficulty we had was for my kids to be able to floss their teeth after their braces came off. They happily booked another appointment to find a way for them to manage to floss. The issue stems from the bar behind the teeth being up so high (very close to the gums); there is no room for the floss to go through. We managed to get it to work with their help and using multiple methods to accomplish it. The orthodontist has said the bar needs to be high to keep the teeth in their best form. They make mouth guards as well for a lot cheaper than the dentist. It was $75 (as of 2024). The braces here cost now $7399 if you pay outright (as of 2025). This is with the discount, if you have had family members in here before. The price goes up every year or two by a bit since we started. It is cheaper overall if you pay outright, but they have payment plans as well. One negative is the seating on the one side of the examining area for parents has the window ledges stick out, forcing you to sit only against that semi-pointy ledge instead of a wall. The orthodontists probably haven't thought about that because they don't sit there. The opposite side is great! It is in a shared large lot. Free parking. It desperately needs to be replaced. The potholes are so big that calling them holes seems unrealistic; they are more like sections of the parking lot. However, that is a plaza issue and not Wilk and Wilk's because it is a shared lot for many businesses. Washroom: Yes, they have a washroom available for patients and their parents. Teeth cleaning: They have disposable toothbrushes on site for kids to brush their teeth with and sinks to rinse. First Appointment: This is always an evaluation and discussing a plan. You have to pick which kind of braces: gold, standard silver, and --I think-- white was the other option. The orthodontist looks in your mouth and tells his assistant what he sees and devises a plan for your child's teeth. It is a longer appointment than usual. I never timed it, but the whole appointment is probably an hour (including the waiting time between the assistant and the orthodontist). They review your child's x-rays and discuss this. amazing care and super attentive! had my braces here twice and staff was awesome both times. This place is so amazing! And the place looks so fun and wonderful with the most friendliest dental people there. They also did a great job on my teeth I would come back anytime they ask. Kind staff and im very happy with my results very impressed and highly pleased with their service. The entire team is amazing. Two of my sons got braces from Wilk and Wilk and both received amazing care. Wonderful office and friendly efficient staff. Doctors were awesome. My daughter had such a great time that she’s actually excited to go back for her check-up next week! The Orthodontists and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, warm, and kind. They made our family feel comfortable and cared for right away.
