We can work together to provide the best possible care for our patients. How We Got Here: Our Story Denise Semple & Associates is unique because it was founded by an RMT, Denise Semple. I had the first clinic because of my 17-year career as an RMT. I had worked in many different clinic models. Each design helped me to know what my goals in a clinic were. It also taught me what did not work. DSANDA was also unique because it was the first to acknowledge that Burlington has many great clinics. Our clinic owners are our friends. This network of wellness leaders allows us to refer patients to others if necessary. Everyone out there has something to offer to the community that we all call home.
