Clean office and friendly staff made me instantly comfortable and welcome. The staff and doctors like Dr. Neagoe were knowledgeable and always listened to my ideas and concerns instead of dismissing them. Dr. Neagoe was amazing and has my uncritical approval. The office is clean and following covid precautions so feeling safe is really nice when I go. I called 4 days after I had met with about 8 different dermatologists and spoke with Dr. Vignjevic during my call. Dr Vignjevic was like no other! I was so nervous!! I had visible skin tags that I wanted to remove so I was scared about the removal process.. I hate pain and this is the very first one to remove. I was very stressed out and I was crying my eyes out and freaking out because the last dermatologist I saw said it would be very painful. Dr Vignjevic assured me that it would not be painful and that if I felt anything he would give me a numbing injection .. This settled me down but I was still worried. Dr Vignjevic talked to me the whole time during the removal and I was so surprised that it actually was literally painless! I never felt him inject me I only felt pressure. Dr Vignjevic answered all my questions and taught me about the anatomy of my skin tag which was interesting and calming to me. He was very gentle when he used suture to close the wound. The removal went faster than I expected. In the end, the whole procedure only took about 20 minutes and I left happy as can be! He told me to call if I have any issues and that if it is uncomfortable at all to get out of bed to wake up the nurse if it happens in the middle of the night. He was so kind head a great bedside manner. The office is following procedures so strictly and it was nice to actually feel safe when going to a doctor's office. Definitely recommend theses Doctors and staff! I have seen 4 other dermatologists and these two really stand out from them!\n
