To acquire a Driver's Licence, a BDE course that includes a mandatory 20-hour classroom and ten-hour in-car lessons must be successfully completed and graduated. The recorded copy of the Driver's License History of BDE graduate students is evidence that they have successfully completed and graduated from the BDE course.
