Photos that Katie took us on a journey. We have one that makes us laugh - we think it was a shot that was taken when we walked into the dinner and our reaction to it. Photos that made us cry - maybe the pictures of my dad re-crying during the father-daughter dance… there was so much to our pictures filled with raw emotions. Photos that literally look like they’re from a magazine (as mentioned above) and many that were simply artistic and out of the ordinary that just made you think. With Katie, I have a range of photos that tell the story of our day in a very raw and powerful way. The posing is limited and the pictures are all in between moments. She was able to capture my sincerity - the moments from before we kiss, that small gesture in your face that tells it all - laughs & looks. Katie, thank you for giving me photos I can cry, laugh, and reminisce with. Some have touched me and my family members deeply. I can’t believe how much I love myself in these photos. You’re a talented and sincere person. They say you’re a diamond in the ruff, and I believe they’re true. You’re an artist. You’re hard to find. I’m so grateful I found you.
