The Network for Community-Campus Partnerships under the McMaster’s Forward With Integrity Community Engagement Task Force and was one of the key recommendations (McMaster University, 2013). The purpose of the Network, which includes University members in all disciplines, is to support McMaster in achieving its community engagement goals. The Network now has the support of the Office of Community Engagement. A brief history is given below. McMaster University formed a Community Engagement Taskforce comprising individuals from different backgrounds to thoroughly consider ways to incorporate community engagement into its culture. Community Engagement Task Force's Position Paper was produced following its discussions. The paper investigated the wealth of CE activities at McMaster University, including curricular and cocurricular activities. The paper stated that to concentrate its efforts, the University must understand CE, its principles, and develop a comprehensive strategy to achieve its goals (McMaster University, 2013). The reviews suggest that employees, visitors, and students at Mac enjoy an excellent and exciting learning atmosphere. Reviews emphasize the majority of the testimonials, indicating that Mac is strongly committed to helping students succeed. Employee reviews symbolize a caring and supportive environment, a positive community atmosphere, and a pleasing campus. Mac found the atmosphere of young university students, with positive experiences, group activities, and a general sense of belonging, professors and staff's involvement in negativity, and success slightly lacking in some of the pictures. Most of the students' reviews describe a positive, welcoming, and optimistic attitude towards the university, with a specific focus on the social aspects of orientation week. However, some testimonials indicate the need for policymakers to prioritize the improvement of security and service delivery within the university. Additionally, both university and hospital customers express their overall satisfaction with their Mac experience. They were particularly pleased with the facility's friendly and supportive staff, as well as the excellent medical attention they received. There is also the demand for the use of advanced technology to facilitate communication within the hospital.
